1/2 c. brown sugar
3 T. cornstarch
dash salt
2 c. milk
3 /4 t. vanilla
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes. Makes 2 cups.
