Sour Cream Pancakes

December


2 c. biscuit and baking mix
1 egg
3/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sour cream

Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Lightly grease a skillet or griddle. Spoon better by 1/2 cupfuls.
When edges are dry, turn, cook until done. 5 servings.

On pancakes: Have your griddle or skillet hot enough to fry on. Test a few droplets of water by flicking them on the hot source, If they bounce around, the skillet is ready. If they steam, the pan is too hot. Grease very lightly with each cake. Don't press the cakes down.
