South West Salsa

December 10, 1994

1 10oz. can tomatoes with green chilies, diced
1/2 bunch green onions. chopped
1 large tomato. chopped
1 t. salt
juice from 1/2 lime
1 40z. can green chilies, drained

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

Jody my oldest daughter loves this and used  all my tortilla chips. She's out now flaunting her new car.
It's 40* out and trying  to maintain the holiday spirit.
