Going Green with Beans

December


8 slices bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 9oz. boxes frozen green beans
1 8oz. jar cheese spread
2 c. mushrooms

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, saving 1 T. Saute onion in bacon grease until tender. Add remaining ingredients,
cover and simmer 20 minutes or until green beans are done. Serves 6
