Salisbury Steak

December


1 can condensed onion soup
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 t. salt
dash pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. mustard
1/4 c. water
1 T. flour

Mix thoroughly, 1/3 c of the soup. ground chuck crumbs, eggs, and seasonings. Shape into 6 patties. In skillet, brown patties in oil, drain far. Add remaining soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, Blend flour into water until smooth. Stir in soup mixture. Cook, uncovered, over lo heat, 20 minutes. Stir
occasionally. Serves 6
