1 t. salt
1 T. oil
3 c. rigatoni, raw
2 c. ham. cooked, cubed
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 T. oleo
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. potato chips, crushed
parsley flakes
Prepare pasta according to directions, using salt and oil. Rinse. In a large bowl, combine pasta, ham and 1 cup of the cheese. In a medium saucepan, melt oleo. Blend in flour, dash salt and mustard. Add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring. Combine pasta and sauce in a 2qt. casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips and parsley.
Bake 20 minutes at 350*. Serves 4.
Great way to use up holiday ham.

Almost 60* out! Nancy is doing somersaults in and out of the house, Jody runs in only to throw her coat on the floor, Debbie is whining about doing spelling words.
