4 T. oleo
4 c. Rice Chex
6 c. popped corn
1 small can french fried onions
1/2 c. grated dry American cheese
Preheat oven to 325*. In a 13" x 9" x 2" pan, melt oleo. Stir in cereal, popcorn and onions. Stir to coat. Sprinkle on cheese, stirring. Bake 15 minutes, stirring once. Makes 10 cups.
Popcorn is a high fiber food, containing protein, minerals and vitamins.
Some flowers are edible. Use your own as florists use sprays. Stamens should be removed,
You can eat Bachelor's Buttons, Daisies, Dianthus, Forget Me Nots, Gardenias, Honeysuckle, Impatiens,
Roses and Violets.
