8oz. dry spaghetti
3 T. oleo
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green bell peper, chopped
1 80z. can tomato paste
1 4oz. can green chili peppers, undrained
3/4 t. chili powder
salt / pepper
1/2 c. monteret jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 tomato, sliced thinly
Cook pasta, drain and return to pan. Add oleo and egg, mix well. Press onto sides and bottom of a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of either cheese ocer spaghetti. Bake 8 minutes at 375*. In skillet,. saute meat with onion and bell pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili peppers and seasonings. Spoon over spaghetti crust. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle on cheeses and bake 2 minutes. Sprinkle on tomatoes. Serves 8.
