1 lb. lean ground beef
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 T. flour
2 c. mild cheddar cheese
1 8oz. carton sour cream
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 T. green onion
In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in tomato Sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Toss cheese with flour and add to meat mixture gradually stirring until cheese melts.
Transfer to a serving bowl and dollop with sour cream, tomatoes and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Baby buffaloIt's 10 point pitch night and Jerry, Connie and their two girls Kendra and Andrea come and while the girls take mine, go downstairs to the playroom. Every thing a little girl would want to play house with is down there. I miss them, but little girls grow up. What fun we had crafting.
